Eleven years ago I came across a healthy eating plan that I implemented into my life. I lost 40 pounds in the first year and I've maintained that loss for the last 10 years. Even though I lost weight, I gained so much health. From more energy, sleeping better, softer skin, improved gut health to a renewed sense of self and life.
I put into practice a few principles that have helped me fulfill my weight loss goals and become healthier than I've ever been. I've also changed the entire way my family eats and I'm watching the health benefits transform my husband and children. I'm also teaching my children how to live a healthy life…It's a beautiful thing.
I would love to teach you these principles and come along side you to help you create your own plan for renewed health, not only for yourself, but for your family.
The best thing about this way of eating is that it is biblically based. Everything God created is good... so come along with me and enjoy the goodness.
