Are you trying to kick the soda habit? Or are you looking for a drink that will add more health to your life? Then have I got a drink for you. Not only is this drink full of health, it is absolutely delicious!! It’s a favorite of my family and friends I’ve shared it with. And all ingredients can be found at your local grocery store.

The health benefits of this drink alone will kick your health up a notch!! It is loaded with so many healthy things our body needs and it is a great detoxifying drink. When you have a moment…take a quick look at what this drink can do!

Kick it up Kell

In a 1 quart jar

Add…

1 Tbsp Baobab powder (optional)

3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (I use organic lemon juice, but the juice of a lemon is better.)

1 tsp Ginger (I use ground ginger, but you can make ginger juice and freeze into ice cubes. Plop an ice cube in.)

1/2 tsp Turmeric

Pinch of Celtic salt or pink Himalayan salt

Pinch of black pepper (helps body absorb turmeric)


Sweetener of choice (I use stevia, but honey would be great too if you don’t need to lose weight.)

Desired amount of ice

And to kick it up more…Sparkling water

If you’re a Trim Healthy Mama this drink is a cross between a Good Girl Moonshine and a Singing Canary. It has the health benefits of both without the work of the blender. Ahhh the easiness!

*If you’re a baobab fan… note that this will add more vitamin C, antioxidants and fiber.
