Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Did you make New Year's resolutions only to find you’re not sticking with it?
Come join me on health journey! It’s time to “shove the shame” and embrace a healthy lifestyle that you can do for the REST of your life. (A secret to success is to find something you can do every day for the rest of your life... if you can’t do it daily, then you probably won’t stick with it.)
This year let’s be intentional and purposeful with our health. And not just physical health, but whole-body health. When I take care of me, I’m a better care-taker. I’m a better wife, mom and friend. I serve better, love better, feel better. Let’s be better together!
The best part is you can do this journey with a group of wonderful people. We meet every 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:00am at the Bethel-Tulpehocken Public Library. We have a “New Year kick-off" meeting this Saturday, January 15th. This is not like weight-watchers, we don’t weigh-in... ever! This is an encouraging and gentle atmosphere where we talk about everything health; from eating healthy, life-giving foods to developing good habits, emotional and mental health, simple exercise, hormonal health... you name it. You can come to one or come to all the meetings because every single meeting is different and FREE!!
So come along for a New Year and a new adventure with Trim Healthy Mama. This is not a diet, but a very do-able life plan. And it’s not just for mamas, all women at any age or stage are welcome, and yes, men can come too!
